01Scope of this statement
This statement applies to all visual content displayed on, embedded into, indexed by, or otherwise accessible through zexlix (the “Website”). It is issued in compliance with the recordkeeping requirements of Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the corresponding regulations set forth at 28 C.F.R. § 75 et seq.
02Content produced by or for zexlix
For any visual content that is produced by, or under the direction of, the operator of the Website, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are on file with the designated Custodian of Records identified in the panel to the right and may be inspected in accordance with applicable law.
The Custodian of Records confirms that every performer appearing in such visual depictions is a consenting adult, that a copy of a government-issued photo identification confirming age has been obtained and verified prior to production, and that all such identification documents are retained in the manner required by federal law.
03Third-party and syndicated content
A material portion of the content indexed by the Website is retrieved from, or embedded from, third-party platforms via publicly available embed players and APIs. With respect to any such third-party content, zexlix is not the primary or secondary producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.
For all such content, § 2257 record-keeping obligations are held by the original producer or the platform hosting the material. Each embedded item retains its original source attribution and links back to the origin platform, whose § 2257 statement is expressly incorporated by reference.
- Records for content sourced from Pornhub, Xvideos, and similar platforms are maintained by those platforms.
- Attribution to the source platform accompanies every embedded frame.
- Removal requests concerning third-party content should be directed to the origin platform in the first instance.
04Age verification and consent
For any content directly produced by the Website, models must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photographic identification at the time of production. A photocopy or scan is retained, cross-referenced with a signed model release and the production date, and stored in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.2 for the periods prescribed therein.
05Zero tolerance
zexlix maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any depiction of a minor. If you become aware of, or suspect, any content on the Website that may involve a minor, please contact the address in the sidebar without delay. All such reports are investigated within twenty-four (24) hours and cooperated with by law enforcement agencies as required.
06Contact and takedown
For § 2257 records inspection, verification requests, or notices regarding potentially non-compliant material, contact the Custodian of Records identified in the sidebar, or write to [email protected]. Inspection requests are honoured during ordinary business hours upon reasonable prior notice, as required by law.
07Governing law
This statement is issued under, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America. Nothing in this statement shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or defenses available under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A or any related safe-harbour provision.
